Meet Your Team

JEFF COMSTOCK

WEALTH ADVISOR | MANAGING PARTNER

Thank you for taking the time to learn about our firm and our talented team. I am so proud of the group we have assembled, and I am eager for you to get to know each of them.

I wear two hats at Financial Forum: Managing Partner and Wealth Advisor. My role as Managing Partner is to build a first-class team and then work collaboratively to build an exceptional wealth management firm. As a Wealth Advisor, I work with individuals, families, and businesses to keep and/or put their financial houses in order.

Experience has taught me that those who achieve their financial goals have a strong grasp of where they stand at each point along the way. They have a process to check in on their financial position and they ask for accountability. Awareness is the skeleton key, which is why it is the starting point at Financial Forum.

Before joining Financial Forum, I served as Vice President of Operations for the Better Business Bureau (in Spokane, WA, as well as in Austin, TX). This role gave me amazing opportunities including participating in consumer & financial crimes task forces, testifying before the Texas Senate, and leading financial literacy projects.

I was born and raised in the Inland Northwest. I graduated from Freeman High School and Eastern Washington University. My wife, Michelle, and I have two kids, George and Julia, who I gladly allow to dominate my time away from work.

I graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Business Administration. Originally from Potlatch, Idaho, I was a fourth-generation farmer before leaving to pursue my passion in the financial services industry. My wife, Nancy, and I have three adult children and six grandchildren.

TIFFANY DAVISSON

PORTFOLIO ANALYST | MARKETING

Hi, I'm Tiffany. Born and raised in Hong Kong! I ventured to the US for higher education and found a second home. After earning my BA in Teaching Mathematics at Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Whitworth University, I found my calling at Financial Forum, where I blend my love for teaching with my passion for financial literacy.

My work revolves around demystifying finance—whether it’s through crafting investment reports, making trades, or innovating our marketing to ensure financial concepts are understandable and accessible. Designing our website, creating resources, and engaging with our community online, I’m all about fostering connections and empowering others to make informed financial decisions.

Away from the numbers, I’m an adventurer at heart—traveling, hiking, and soaking in every moment with my 17-month-old daughter, who teaches me the most about life's joys. I strongly believe in making a difference, both professionally and personally.

KATIE YOUNG

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™

After agreeing to fill a maternity leave position for two months in 2005, Financial Forum has not been able to get rid of me! I started with no industry knowledge yet went on to earn my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2012. I have worn many hats at Financial Forum through the years. These days, I assist clients with setting financial goals and developing financial plans. Don’t worry, you’re still likely to hear my voice on the phone though!

A graduate of Central Valley High School and Whitworth University, Spokane has been home for most of my life. My husband, Jake, and I have two beautiful children, Levi and Hannah. Since they joined our family, I’ve been working part time (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in order to be home with them during their little years.

My favorite quote: “Eventually all the pieces fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, live for the moment, and know that everything happens for a reason." - Albert Schweitzer

WEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Hello, my name is Grant, I started at Financial Forum as an intern while finishing up my degree from Gonzaga University. After Graduating from GU with B.A. in business administration with a concentration in finance, and minors in philosophy and Catholic studies, I was so blessed to have the opportunity to stay as a full-time associate. I could not have asked for a better spot to launch my career. Currently I am responsible for portfolio management, trading, and data analytics. Generally speaking, any cash moving into or out of an account comes across my desk!

Though I am not originally from Spokane, over the last four years this city has really become my home. In Fall of 2023 I was able to purchase my first home. I can now officially call myself a local! In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family and am very active in my Church. I also really like to swing dance and spend most of my weekend nights on the dance floor.
